  • ▶ To verify who your current long distance provider is, call
    1-700-555-4141 toll free from your home phone, and listen to our thank you message.
  • If you didn't hear the thank you message, contact us via e-mail at service@dialektelecom.ca or call Customer Service Support Line at 1-877-340-1199 and we'll activate your services as quickly as possible.

 
How do I make a long distance call with Dialek Telecom?
  • ▶ Simply dial long distance calls just as you've always done. There are no special codes or extra digits to dial.
  • For long distance calls within North America: Dial 1 + area code + telephone number
  • For long distance calls overseas: Dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number.

 
Is Dialek Telecom a Canadian company?

We'll simply redirect your services to your new home whether your phone number changes or not. Otherwise, you may be switched back to the local phone company's service, and you'll miss out on Dialek Telecom's great savings.
