E-Billing Terms & Conditions The E-Billing service enables you to view and download your Dialek Telecom invoices online using the Internet. By subscribing to E-Billing, you agree that you will no longer be receiving a paper invoice by mail. Dialek Telecom is committed to ensuring your online invoice is always available. However, in the event that you do not retrieve or cannot view your invoice, Dialek Telecom cannot be held liable. The responsibility of paying your Dialek Telecom invoice in a timely manner remains yours. In the event of a discrepancy between an on-line invoice and our Dialek Telecom billing records, our Dialek Telecom billing records will always prevail. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained by you using the E-Billing service is done at your discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that result from downloading of such material. You also agree that Dialek Telecom will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses. In addition to the indemnities set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you also defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dialek Telecom, its affiliates, related companies and service providers and each of their directors, officers, employees, consultants and agents from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising out of your use of the Service and your breach of these Terms and Conditions. You may cancel your enrollment in the E-Billing service at any time by requesting cancellation via e-mail to support@dialektelecom.ca or by calling Dialek Telecom customer service at 1-877-340-1199. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions, please click the "I Agree to the Terms & Conditions" button below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, simply do not click the "I Agree to the Terms & Conditions" button. Please note that you will not be able to use the service unless and until you agree to the Terms and Conditions stipulated above.
